Certification and import
Certification documents — CE, FCC, MIC, RCM, KCC, UN38.3 — are supplied with the proforma invoice. To review them before ordering, email info@azstra.com.
Shipping and payment
Sea freight 30–45 days (USD 600 per unit) or air 7 days (USD 1,000 per unit). Bank transfer preferred; PayPal adds 5%. Duties are quoted separately — we handle export papers and crating.

Stock items 3–7 days to dispatch; built-to-order models 15–30 days, then 30–45 days by sea or 7 days by air.

The product price is FOB China. Freight is USD 600 per unit by sea or USD 1,000 by air; duties and taxes are quoted for your country.
Is there a warranty?
Two years on the animatronic dinosaur line; manufacturer warranty applies to robots, with spare parts stocked by Azstra.
